F.A.Q.

  • What is the maximum weight a UAV can lift?
    The UAV payload limit depends on the frame configuration, motor model and PID settings. The specific value for each of our models is indicated in the "Characteristics" column in the product description in the "PRODUCT" tab.
  • Is it possible to repair the UAV?
    Some of the UAV components can be reused or replaced. But we only accept drones of our production for repair.
  • Missing bind between the external communication module and the UAV receiver?
    1. Check whether Internal RF is disabled and External RF is enabled in remote control settings. 2. Flash the receiver and transmitter paying special attention to the Bind phrases (that they are installed and match). 3. Make sure that the correct port to which the receiver is connected is set in the BetaFlight Configurator in the Ports tab in the Serial RX column.
  • Unable to connect to UAV via BetaFlight Configurator?
    Check if the COM* port is displayed in the upper right corner - Betaflight STM32F405. If "NO": reinstall the recommended drivers in the Welcome menu. Make sure the bus frequency is set to 115200. Use a different USB cable (the cable should be data, not just power) and a different computer. If YES: Reflash the flight controller and reinstall the configuration.
  • BetaFlight Configurator does not enter DFU mode (required for firmware installation)?
    1. Reinstall the recommended BetaFlight drivers. 2. Use a different USB cable (make sure to use data cable? not power) and a different computer.
  • Missing connection between FPV goggles and UAV video transmitter?
    Check if VTX (IRC Tramp) located in "Ports" menu in Betaflight is set to UART to which video transmitter is connected. 2. Check if channel sheet was created in Video Transmitter menu. If not, reinstall the configuration on Flight Controller.
  • Blurry image in FPV goggles?
    Switch the channels on the glasses using the right wheel switch until the image is stabilized.
  • Weak control signal?
    1. Connect the external communication module to the remote controller. 2. Turn on the remote, the ExpressLRS will start beeping. 3. Go to the TX Power tab. 4. Check that Max power is set to 1000mW, Dynamic is set to OFF.
  • When flashing the transmitter, the Bind phrase was not set, or they do not match on the receiver and transmitter?
    ATTENTION: the specified actions must be carried out within 60 seconds from the moment of turning on the control panel and the UAV , because after that Rx and Tx will automatically switch to WiFi mode. 1. Reboot the remote controller. 2. Turn on the UAV (supply power to Rx). 3. On the remote controller, enter the settings manu by pressing the SYS (System) button. 4. Run the ExpressLRS script in the TOOLS menu. 5. Find "BIND" and click on it. 6. The connection is complete.
